CONDITIONS OF EFFICIENCY OF ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL NORMS: CONCEPT AND CLASSIFICATION

Abstract
The article on the basis of a generalized analysis of scientific and publicistic sources reveals the content of the conditions for the effectiveness of the norms of administrative law. It is noted that the conditions for the effectiveness of administrative law are directly related to the effectiveness of administrative law in general and the effectiveness of administrative law in particular, and the prerequisites for the effectiveness of administrative law are general social and legal factors. Based on this, it is noted that the conditions for the effectiveness of administrative legal norms are circumstances of a social and legal nature that make effective action of administrative law norms and without which the achievement of a positive result from the implementation, compliance, use or application of the norm becomes unattainable or substantially difficult.
