FULL-SCALE RECORDING OF JUDICIAL PROCEEDINGS THROUGH TECHNICAL MEANS: IMPLEMENTATION CONDITION AND THE WAYS OF IMPROVEMENT

Abstract
The article is dedicated to examination of the genesis of legislative regulation and implementation in the law enforcement practice of Ukraine of full-scale recording of judicial proceedings through technical means and formulation on this basis of universal criminalistics recommendations in regard to implementation of this constitutional principle of judicial proceedings in all types of litigation based on introduction of modern information technologies designed to record audiovisual information.
