Abstract
The article is devoted analysis to the transformation of the constitutional and legal status of the Accounting Chamber from its creation up to the present day, the problems of legal regulation of its activities at various stages of development of our state, to the international standards of the functioning of the highest bodies of control of public finances in the context of their use in the legislation of Ukraine. As a result of the study, conclusions were made about improving the legal regulation of the organization and activities of the Accounting Chamber in Ukraine.
