CONDITIONS OF TRANSFERENCE OF HIGH AND NANO-TECHNOLOGIC BRANCHES OF UKRAINIAN ECONOMIC COMPLEX TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF SIXTH AND SEVENTH STRUCTURE

Abstract
Purpose. To base the conditions of transference of productive branches of Ukrainian industry to sixth and seventh technological structure and to define correlation of science and practical productive sphere and according of there to new structure of technological development. Methodology of research. General science methods were elected as research methods, namely: system analyses, structural approaches, deduction and induction methods, comparison and observation. These methods were used in comparative analysis of science and productive technologic system development and in basis of the wais of bridging the gap between productive and academic condition of development. Findings. It is founded that science and productive technologic systems of research branches are developed separately because the steel industry is in the third and fourth structure but academic science about nano-technology researches is in the sixth structure. It is substantiated that the gap between productive condition of development and academic conditions we can bridge thru the founding of innovative infrastructure in the form of venture funds and tax preferences for reconstruction of productive capacities in the technologies developed in the academic sphere of innovation system of Ukraine. Originality. It is defined the directions of balanced development of scientific and productive technologic systems of analyzed branches which foresee forming of innovation infrastructure in forms of venture founds and implementation of tax preferences for reconstructing of productive capacity to technologies, which were researched in the academic sphere of innovation system of Ukraine. Practical value. Research findings facilitate the transition of high and nano-technological branches of Ukraine economy to the development of sixth and seventh structure.
