CONFISCATION OF PROPERTY: CIVIL AND LEGAL ASPECT

Abstract
The author of the article has conducted research of the concept, types, civil and legal consequences of confiscation. The author has distinguished the main features of confiscation. The place of confiscation in civil law has been determined. The author has carried out the delimitation of confiscation from adjacent concepts. The author has formulated suggestions on improving the legislation.
