TERRITORIAL BASIS OF THE GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATION IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The essence of the territorial basis of organization and implementation of state power in Ukraine is revealed. The peculiarities of the constitutional and legal regulation of the system of administrative-territorial system are highlighted. The proposals on optimization of the territorial basis of the organization of state and local authorities and the prospects of decentralization of power in Ukraine on the basis of own experience and practices of foreign countries are grounded.
