ENDOWMENT AND FINANCIAL ASSURANCE FOR PUBLIC SAFETY IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is focused on theoretical and methodological definition of endowment and financial assurance of public safety in Ukraine. It has been established that financial assets aimed at ensuring public safety in Ukraine are formed from a multi-level system, which includes both budgetary and extra-budgetary funds. It has been determined that state funds for public safety sphere in Ukraine are divided into state, regional and local support provided by the relevant executive authorities depending on the levels. The author has studied the etymology of the definition of “endowment and financial assurance” through the prism of empirical cognition of the concepts of “finances” and “provision”.
