SOME QUESTIONS OF APPLICATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL METHODS OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION IN THE FIELD OF AGRICULTURAL COMPLEX

Abstract
The article explores the application of administrative and legal methods of public administration in the sphere of agroindustrial complex, their classification and analysis is carried out. The analysis of the basic methods of public administration is carried out. It is noted that in the process of application of methods of public administration new provisions in the legislation regulating the agro-industrial complex, in particular in the Code of Administrative Offenses and specialized normative and legal acts, should arise and be fixed.
