LEGAL MEANS OF PUBLIC FINANCIAL CONTROL OVER THE ACTIVITIES OF ECONOMIC ENTITIES

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of legal means of conducting public financial control over the activities of economic entities. The legal bases of carrying out of the state audit, inspection and checking of state purchases in the activity of business entities are analyzed. The legal features of these funds are determined. Methods of conducting public financial control over business entities have been clarified. The importance of improving state procurement inspections as a means of public financial control over the activities of economic entities has been proven.
