Abstract
The analysis of constitutional civil and political human rights and freedoms that are violated or limited in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine is carried out. Peculiarities of their protection with the help of specially authorized public authorities, their officials, human rights and other non-governmental organizations, including international organizations, etc. are determined.
