TO THE QUESTION OF DEFINITION OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION IN THE SPHERE OF SOCIAL PROTECTION OF INTERNAL TRANSFERS

Abstract
This article clarifies the definition of public administration in the sphere of social protection of internally displaced persons. It is revealed that this subject is very interesting for modern science of public administration, for social security of citizens in particular. An in-depth analysis, a comprehensive legal and historical study of this issue, the facts of mass forced displacements on the territory of Ukraine at different times, their legislative regulation, the reaction and activity of the state on the social security of displaced persons, all this will contribute to determining the ways and means of legal regulation of internally displaced persons in Ukraine for today. The main approaches of scientists to the interpretation of the concept of “internally displaced persons” are analyzed. Proposed self definition “internally displaced person”.
