THE LEGAL NATURE OF POSSESSIONS OF LEGAL ENTITIES UNDER ARTICLE 1 OF THE FIRST PROTOCOL OF THE CONVENTION ON THE PROTECTION OF HUMAN RIGHTS AND FUNDAMENTAL FREEDOMS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the understanding of the possessions of legal entities by the European Court of Human Rights in accordance with the provisions of the Protocol to the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms. This Protocol fixes the right of everyone to protect their property and guarantees the peaceful enjoyment of his possessions. The court, possessions as an object of protection, is recognized as widely and globally as possible. Characteristics of possessions of legal entities are disclosed through specific positions in decisions of the European Court of Human Rights. It is established that the possessions of legal persons is personified by the European Court of Human Rights with certain assets or benefits of theirs.
