HISTORICAL BACKGROUNDS OF DEVELOPMENT OF FOREIGN COUNTRIES’ LEGISLATION IN SPHERE OF CIVIL LIABILITY FOR THE DAMAGE CAUSED BY A SOURCE OF INCREASED DANGER

Abstract

The article is devoted to the disclosure of historical preconditions for the formation and development of foreign countries’ legislation in the area of establishing civil liability for damage caused by sources of increased danger. In particular, the peculiarities of the historical development of legislation in the research field of such countries as Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, France, and England are analyzed. It is concluded that the chronological framework of the formation of an independent form of tort obligations for causing damage by sources that poses an increased danger to others and the legal regulation of responsibility for these obligations cover the period from the beginning of the XIX century to the present.
