CONFLICT MANAGEMENT AS AN ELEMENT OF THE STRATEGY OF MANAGING PERSONNEL BEHAVIOUR

Abstract
In the article, the features of the formation of human behaviour were considered. Also, attention was paid to the peculiarities of the formation of organizational behaviour. The essence of the conflict and its role in personnel management were determined. The relationship between conflict management strategies and behaviour were described. The necessity of joint development of conflict management strategy and personnel management strategy has been proved.
