CONSTITUTIONAL AND LEGAL CHARACTERISTIC OF SUBJECT OF AGREEMENT FOR SOCIAL ORDER OF LOCAL SELF-GOVERNMENT BODIES IN UKRAINE WITHIN A SCOPE OF PERSONS

Abstract
The article is devoted to rejection of traditional understanding of social order as such that covers only delivery of social services according to the effective Ukrainian legislation. Constitutional and legal characteristic of subject of an agreement for social order within a scope of persons presented an opportunity to extend its subject to performance of activities for benefit of third persons. Beneficiaries of agreements for social order, in their turn, may act as individual and collective structures.
