CONSTITUTIONAL AND LEGAL STATUS OF THE COALITION FORMED BY DEPUTY FACTIONS OF THE VERKHOVNA RADA OF UKRAINE: ESSENCE, STRUCTURAL AND FUNCTIONAL ASPECTS

Abstract
This article deals with the key stages of forming such an institution as parliamentary coalition in the legal system of Ukraine. It gives an analysis of the laws of Ukraine to verify if they define the legal status of the coalition formed by deputy factions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. It investigates subjective aspects, as well as the formation and existence of such an entity.
