CONSTITUTIONAL FEATURES OF ENERGY SECURITY SYSTEM OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article deals with the constitutional principles of ensuring ukraine's energy security. Based on the analysis of the theory of law and the norms of the constitution, a system of such principles is proposed, including: the principle of the social orientation of the state, the rule of law, national resilience, ensuring environmental security, proportionality of interference in human rights in the interests of national security, ensuring national interests in foreign policy activities, the right of everyone to access energy services. A classification of such principles into general and special ones is proposed. The special principles can be divided into principles of ensuring national security and principles of ensuring energy security.
