Content and essence of the system of administrative and legal protection of the rights of children in Ukraine

Abstract
The author of the article has researched the system of administrative and legal protection of the rights of children in Ukraine and its constituent elements. The author has characterized the structure of the system of the mechanism of administrative and legal protection of the rights of children in Ukraine and its role in ensuring the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of children. As a result of the study, the author has formed own approach to understanding the content and essence of the system of administrative and legal protection of the rights of children and its categorical apparatus.
