Obligation and agreement in the sphere of tourism: correlation problems

Abstract
The article deals with the concepts of “obligation” and “contract” in the theory of civil law and in the field of tourism. Author analyzes legal norms, in which those categories are mentioned, the most well-known theories of understanding obligations and contracts, and also the most promising theories for regulating relations in the sphere of tourism. Attention is drawn to the relationship between the categories of obligations and contracts. It is proved that the concept of “obligation” and “contract” should not be regarded as identical categories in the course of studying of civil and legal aspects of tourist relations.
