Abstract
The presented scientific article is devoted to the analysis of the place and role of administrative courts regarding human rights protection and protection of legal entities as a key element in the process of state development, its democratic and legal principles after the declaraion of independence. Besides, there are defined main stages of administrative justice development. Also, the particulaities of administrative courts functioning and perspectives of the reform on topic are covered.
