Normative legal basis of the civil service legal personality of state bodies (the practice of Azerbaijan)

Abstract
Some theoretical aspects and normative legal basis of the civil service legal personality were investigated in the article. There were summarized theoretical provisions of the legal personality of the state bodies. There were analyzed the norms that characterizes state bodies as the subject of the civil service law and were expressed scientific considerations on improving the legislation. The status of state bodies is determined by the relevant legal acts. Within the authority given the same legal acts state bodies act as the subject of the relations of the civil service law. The civil service legal personality of state bodies is conditioned by their legal status defined by legislation and the limits of the powers. Regardless of the legal status and the limits of the powers, all state power and state administrative bodies have legal personality.
