Concept of a special norm in criminal law of Ukraine

Abstract
The article is devoted to formulation of the definition of the concept of a special criminal-law norm, based on the logical principles of definition of concepts. In this regard, the place of the legal norm among the other regulators of social relations has been analyzed, the classification of legal norms, including the norms of criminal law, has been carried out. The place of the special norm among the whole system of criminal-law norms has been determined and the most important features of the special criminal-law norm have been established.
