Abstract

The article considers and analyzes some problems that reflect the content of scientific and methodological support of professional self-development of future teachers of physical culture, in particular: monitoring the level of development of pedagogical culture of teachers; definition of the problem of innovative work of teachers in accordance with their capabilities, interests and school problem; organization of problem groups of teachers involved in research activities; organization of work of creative workshops of teachers with an orientation on the problem of school development. Conducting selfexamination of the teacher's activity during the year, reflection of his experience.
