CONTENTS RIGHTS OF THE CHILD ON FAMILY

Abstract
In this paper, we defined that the child’s right to family includes in its content: the right to be a member of the family; the right to found a family; the right to bring up in the family; the right to be taken from the maternity hospital or other medical institution; the right to respect for family life; the right to privacy. We offer the above listed aspects to consider as elements of the right to a family, not as a separate rights.
