Continuity and transformation policy of the European Union with respect to Iraqi Kurdistan

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the evolution of the EU’s relations with Iraqi Kurdistan. The article sets out the basic trends and patterns of the EU’s foreign policy towards the Iraqi Kurds. The author notes a high degree of political dynamics in relations between the EU and Iraqi Kurdistan, which allows to draw a conclusion about the change of the EU foreign policy paradigm towards those countries, where the Kurdish minority resides, and the Kurds themselves.
