Transformation challenges of radicalization European political system representative office

Abstract
The article presents a comprehensive analysis of the factors that contribute to radicalization of political representation of citizens’ interests in the European Union. Correlation between trust in government and supranational representative bodies and electoral activity of citizens is determined. The political and ideological positioning of radical-populist parties presented in the European Parliament along with their electoral and political potential revealed.
