Contractual obligations to provide transport services in the system of civil legal obligations

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of contractual obligations for the provision of transport services in the system of civil legal obligations. It outlines a model of a one-level and multilevel system of contractual obligations, as well as analyzes the points of view of Ukrainian scholars in the doctrine of civil law regarding the place of contracts for the provision of transport services in the system of contractual obligations. On the basis of the research, it was concluded that transport services contracts are an independent subtype of service contracts.
