Features of international assistance in criminal proceedings related to the investigation of crimes committed by foreigners

Abstract
The article analyzes the norms of the criminal procedural legislation of Ukraine, which regulate the procedure for obtaining international legal assistance in criminal proceedings related to the investigation of crimes committed with the involvement of foreigners, as well as emphasizes certain shortcomings of the provisions of the Criminal Procedural Code of Ukraine and the proposed amendments to him.
