Protection of human rights as a patient in organ and tissues transplantation: international and national equality

Abstract
The article considers human rights as a patient in the transplantation of organs and tissues, their consolidation at the international and national levels. The peculiarities of the protection of human rights at the international level are determined and international treaties establishing human rights, which patients have been given during transplantation, are defined. The state of the national legislation on the protection of human rights as a patient during transplantation of organs is investigated.
