Abstract
Dans un environnement concurrentiel, les operateurs telecoms sont de plus en plus amenes ? developper leurs creativites afin de maintenir leurs parts de marche et de rentabiliser leurs investissements que ce soit en infrastructures et en qualification de leurs capitaux humains. Ceci impose ? chacun d?eux d?aller chercher la combinaison optimale entre le management des risques inherents ? ses activites operationnelles et la rentabilite degagee. Cela nous am?ne ? proposer un outil d?evaluation complementaire ? la fonction d?audit qui servira de referentiel lors du choix des sites ? auditer (prioriser), de l?affectation des ressources adaptees ? la nature et type des operations ? auditer (gagner du temps alloue aux missions d?audit) et enfin anticiper sur les risques inhabituels et rassurer par consequent le management sur le niveau de ma?trise du contr?le preetabli par chaque entite.
