CONTROL AND CONTROL FUNCTION OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION BODIES: GOALS, TASKS

Abstract
The author analyzes the functions of control activity. The article reveals the tasks of control, which allow determining the place and role of control activities in ensuring the stability of civil society. The issues of the relationship between the goals and objectives of the control activity were also explored. The control function of public administration bodies plays an important role in ensuring the stability of civil society, the effectiveness and efficiency of public authorities. Therefore, in legal literature, more and more attention has been paid to control functions, the main elements, the mechanism of implementation, the definition of goals and tasks. Topical updating is related to the need for conceptual rationale, functions, goals and tasks of control activity. The achievement of this goal has led to solving the following research tasks: to analyze and consider the objectives of the control activity, which will allow to provide a holistic characteristic of control as one of the directions of management activity aimed at raising the standard of living of the whole society; establish the tasks of state and public control; consider the relationship between the purpose and objectives of the control activity; to substantiate the role and significance of control functions in the conditions of civil society development. To determine the nature of the functions and direction of control activities, it is extremely important to determine the purpose of its implementation.
