CONTROL AND NAVIGATION OF WATER TRANSPORT RESOURCE USING A PASSIVE RADIO ENGINEERING COMPLEX

Abstract

The questions of development of high-precision complexes of two- and three-dimensional mapping of objects, in particular, complexes of coastal water areas, in particular, complexes of coastal water areas, have been considered. Creating radio systems that meet the requirements of "Green Engineering" is a very relevant area of research identified by the international scientific community. The most probable directions for the achievement of "Green Engineering" requirements – the creation of the radio engineering complexes, wsth the processing of ultra-wideband spatio-temporal signals. To do this a number of scientific problems were solved, among which the following could be noted: the further development of the ultra-wideband spatio-temporal signals model of space-time signals was obtained; for the first time new and improved a number of existing definitions necessary for an adequate determination of the physical nature of statistical characteristics of ultra-wideband space-time signals and algorithms for their processing.
