CONTROL FOR FORMATION OF TARIFFS FOR HEAT SUPPLY

Abstract
The article is devoted to conduct the legal analysis of tariff formation control, to discover the current contradictions and deficiencies of legal acts due to ones the state management and control of heating supply branch are realized in Ukraine. The improvement of legal framework in the authorities and control of own entities is paid great attention.
