CONTROL OF THE PROCESS OF THE DEHYDROGENATION OF ETHYLBENZENE IN STYRENE, FLOWING UNDER NONSTATIONARY CONDITIONS
Journal Title: Azerbaijan Chemical Journal - Year 2018, Vol 0, Issue 1
Abstract
A new method, different from the industrial one is suggested, for carrying out the process of dehydrogenation of ethylbenzene in styrene, consisting in gradual lowering of the temperature of the raw material at the inlet to the reactor during the entire operation of the catalyst with simultaneously increasing the degree of dilution of the raw material with water vapor. Managing the process with these two parameters will bring a significant economic effect

GAS-PHASE SELECTIVE OXIDATION OF 2-CHLOROTOLUENE TO CHLORO-MALEIC ANHYDRIDE IN THE PRESENCE OF HETEROGENEOUS CATALYSTS
The activities of vanadium oxide catalysts with P, Mo, Sb additions drawn on SiO2 and Al2O3 in the reaction of oxidation of n-chlorotoluene has been iinvestigated. It is shown that the catalytiсal systems V–Mo–Sb–O/Al...
ABOUT THE RESULTS OF CALCULATION OF ADSORPTION FOR LIQUID-CRYSTALLINE NANODEMULSIFIERS ON THE BASIS OF THE OXIALKYLENE BLOCK COPOLYMERS
To calculate the adsorption (Гi) of liquid-crystalline nanodemulsifiers on the basis of poly(ethylene ox-ide)–poly(propylene oxide) block copolymers on the liquid-gas interface, the Frumkin equation: Гi=Гm[1–exp(Dsi/RTГ...
MACROSCOPIC COHERENCE IN SYNCHRONIZED CHEMICAL REACTIONS: THE WAY TO SELF-ORGANIZING CHEMICAL SYSTEMS
Chemistry is on the brink of establishing self-organizing and self-assembling chemical systems where algorithms allowing a group of chemical reactions to combine in an ensemble to obtain a final product in a single react...
COMPLEXES OF RARE EARTH METALS WITH 1,2-BENZENE DICARBOXYLIC (o-PHTHALIC) ACID
The new synthesized complexes of neodimium, samarium and gadolinium with o-phthalic acid were studied by X-ray, DTA and IR spectroscopic analysis methods. Clathrate compounds were obtained on the basis of these complexes...
COLLOIDAL CHARACTERIZATION AND SORPTION OF COBALT(II) AND CADMIUM IONS FROM MODEL SOLUTIONS ON MODIFIED BENTONITE
We studied sorption of cadmium and cobalt(II) ions from model solutions on natural and thermally processed Na-bentonite at the range 20–650C. In different temperatures on both natural and Na-bentonites equilibrium consta...
