Cooperation to the development and growth of innovative companies in the SME sector

Abstract
Cooperation in modern economic reality began to play more and more important. Cooperation should be understood by all kinds of co-operation be-tween companies aimed to complement and increase in their possession of re-sources. The solution for companies in the SME sector is the cooperation with large companies. Small and medium-sized companies have a certain predisposi-tion to cooperate with others. They are flexible, and thus as quickly as possible adapting to changes in the environment, there are some small degree of bu-reaucratic organization structure and ability to learn quickly. I accept that the cooperating businesses large and small achieve much more than if they were working alone. Network relationships and the associated cooperative relations should be of particular interest to small business owners, as they are small companies can strengthen their competitive position. Among the Polish SME sector is dominated by cooperation in the following supply chain (suppliers, subcontractors, customers). Despite many difficulties in the development and subsequent functioning of co-operative relationships between small and large companies seems to be a reasonable entry in this type of agreement.
