CORPORATE CULTURE DIAGNOSIS FOR THE COMPETITIVE BUSINESS PERFORMANCE (IN THE CASE OF VB STUDIO LTD)

Abstract
Current paper discovers the importance of corporate culture for the diagnosis of the current company's condition and proposals for its change to the enhancement of competitive performance. The aim is achieved by examining the case of a Bulgarian architecture company "VB Studio" using the methodology of Organizational Culture Profile, created by Ashkenasy, Broadfoot & Falkus (2000) with the help of case study method. Author made appropriate conclusions and recommendations for implementation of the culture of innovation.
