INTELLEKTUELLE WETTBEWERBSSPIELE (ICG) MIT BESCHLEUNIGUNGSFUNKTION ALS MECHANISMUS DER AKTIVIERUNG VON KREATIVEN UND INNOVATIVEN POTENZIALEN

Abstract
Die Autoren weisen darauf hin, dass neue innovative Ideen (insbesondere radikale) von Anfang an nicht immer eindeutig von der Gesellschaft und / oder der wissenschaftlichen Welt wahrgenommen werden. Die Möglichkeit der ICG, "Wissenschaftliche und technische Beurteilung einer Idee" durchzuführen, um den Prozess der Generierung und anschließenden Bewertung neuer Ideen zu verbessern, wurde begründet. Der Algorithmus zur Durchführung dieses Spiels mit einer von den Autoren entwickelten Beschleunigungsfunktion wurde beschrieben.
