CORPORATE GOVERNANCE OF BANK EQUITY

Abstract
The article is concerned with analysis of the Bank capital’s structural features and specific nature of its formation. Attention is focused on the Bank capital management in the conditions of Ukraine’s banking systems development. Explored the structure of basic bank capital and supplementary bank capital. Analysed the structure of capitals of leading Ukrainian banks as of 2015. Defined proportion of equity in the structure of the total capitals of commercial banks.
