Abstract

Itisshownthemeasurementsaboutthefurthergradualdevelopmentofthecorporatemanagementinthesystemofadministrationintheenterprise. Accordingtotheanalysisandcomparisoncorporatemanagementwiththeorganizationalculture, itisofferedthemainwaysofincreasingtheeffectivenessandthesystemofmanagementofpeopleinstockcompanies.
