LEGAL STATUS OF THE COMMUNITY AND ITS ACTIVITY AS THE SUBJECT OF PREVENTION OF CORRUPTION

Abstract
The article examines theoretic issues and legal coverage of the community’s participation in prevention of corruption. The forms of such participation are identified. The problem of legal status of the community as the subject of relations in the field of prevention of corruption is examined. The article contains analysis of this preventive anti-corruption mechanism assurance. The recommendations on exclusion of misuse of rights in the field are elaborated.
