Corporate governance risk

Abstract
The article shows the essence and the importance of corporate governance, which in recent years has been the subject of international debate. Speaking of corporate governance should pay attention to its efficiency, resulting in relationships that occur in the theory of agency. The relationship between the owners of the company and their agents are further discussed in the article. Are presented as threats to corporate governance arising from the theory of agency. In the remainder of this article discusses the problem of information asymmetry and the directions more effectively eliminate abuses by managers. It shows the need to create the appropriate structure of corporate governance aimed at improving the efficiency of functioning of enterprises.
