Design of process of management review in the Capital Group

Abstract
This article to present a process of management review in the Group, which consists of eight companies, along with a sample template to review the input that you can make benchmarking companies. The development is the result of research conducted by interview in a large capital group operating on the Polish energy market. This article consists of four parts. The first presents issues concerning groups of companies as such, in the second study characterized selected to the Group operating in the Polish energy market. The third part describes the current management review process while the fourth part presents a proposal for a new approach to the review at the corporate level.
