Bank Recovery Funds in European Union

Abstract
During the subprime financial crisis politics of preferring bank rehabilita-tion and bankrupcy non allowance could be seen in most EU countries. The main instruments of rehabilitation are loans and guarantees from bank recovery funds of public or public-private character. The goal of this article is to provide an overview of the existing and planned solutions regarding recovery funds in EU's member states and in the European Commission level and formulating model propositions.
