Correction of Psychomotor System in Pre-School Children with Cognitive Development Disorders

Abstract
The article contains material specified by the results of the authors’ experimental research. Particularly, it includes analysis of psychomotor disorders of children with cognitive development disorders. The investigation was directed at the determination of specific qualities of children’s activity in the conditions of labor operations and physical exercises accomplishment; also, its goal was to find out motivation reasons which encouraged backward children to vigorous activity, and to form new meaning in their objective operations accomplishment. Analysis of theoretical scientific material about the subject of psychomotor activity showed that development of a child as a subject of activity and communication depends on his/her motor abilities. Psychomotor system defines possibilities of mastering cultural and historical experience by a substantial margin. Therefore, socialization of all children including the ones with backwardness in a way of adequate labor activity and physical culture creates new abilities for their psychical development: forming productive forms of behavior, new concepts, speech in general, etc. While learning moves with material subjects produced in some of the human cultures, specimen of dynamics catches their meaning and transfers it from outer to inner world. The most informative meaning for studying the psychomotor system of children with intellectual violations belongs to coordinative characteristics, which open out the degree of coherence of space, time and dynamics as movement parameters, and meaningful task of actions and factors for their solving. Almost all motor actions contain manifestations of neurodynamic, energetic, coordinative, and other specific features of a subject of psychomotor dynamics. Therefore, we chose such motor acts for diagnosis of each of specialties of psychomotor system of backwardness children which best of all reflect the explored phenomena. Strategy and tactics of establishing psychical diagnosis of coordinative abilities of a child’s psychomotor system, finding, among almost endless quantity of motor actions, ones, relevant to the diagnostic task, were one of the main directions of this investigation.Each backward child has individual, specific disorders of psychical development defined with localization of violations in encephalon. Retardation of psychical dynamism of preschool-aged children with intellectual disorders arises from complete organic lesion of cerebral cortex which gives rise to the disorder of all their movements and slows down speed of motor development. Psychomotor system of children with constant organic disorders of the cognitive activity is more partial than one of children with normal psychophysical development.<br/><br/>
