CORRELATION OF SUPERVISION АND CONTROL CONCEPTS IN LABOUR LEGISLATION

Abstract
The article faces terms meaning of supervision and control concerning the following the labor legislation. It is determined differentiating between them. The author has already underlined the main criteria of supervision and control separation in this sphere. The Labor Code project has been analyzed and relevant conclusions concerning labor laws in supervision and control sphere have been done.
