COST ASPECTS OF FORMING THE CAPITAL OF JOINT STOCK COMPANIES

Abstract
The methods of assessing the value of capital that exist in world practice, in particular in Anglo-American, German, Japanese, are summarized. The defects of legislation and corporate governance that reduce the capitalization of Ukrainian enterprises are identified. The investment attractiveness of domestic joint-stock companies for foreign capital is assessed. The simulation of investment movement and its economic interpretation was carried out. The regularities of evolution of models of estimation of cost of share capital are established.
