COST REDUCTION STRATEGY IN THE SYSTEM OF STRATEGIC MANAGERIAL ACCOUNTING

Abstract
The article considers the strategy of cost reduction in the system of strategic management accounting. The necessity of integrating the strategy of reduction of expenses into the general business strategy of the enterprise is proved, allowing to take into account the influence of external and internal factors and assess the position of the company in the market. Considered the reasons that hinder the implementation of the strategy of reducing costs. The stages of cost reduction strategy are presented, possible tools for cost reduction and features of its implementation.
