COUNTER-TERRORIST POLICY OF THE EU: TRANSNATIONAL ASPECT AND EXPERIENCE FOR UKRAINE

Abstract
The article analyzes the transnational policy of the European Union in the field of countering terrorism. The legislative bases of counterterrorist activity are considered. The aspects of the EU counterterrorism policy that can be applied in the practice of counter acting terrorism in Ukraine are determined.
