CREATING REGIONAL INNOVATIVE CLUSTERS FOR DYNAMIC DEVELOPMENT OF HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY

Abstract
In article explores the methodology and basic principles of creating regional innovative clusters for the development of the hospitality industry. It is established that the use of an innovative cluster approach is one of the most effective tools for realizing the tasks of modernizing enterprises and ensuring the development of innovative sectors of the economy. The article focuses on the problems of the methodology of quantitative evaluation of efficiency for the functioning of the cluster, which is based on analysis of the effects of lower transaction costs, the cost of capital, marketing costs, the diffusion of innovation and their sharing in the hospitality infrastructure. The scientific novelty of the article is reduced to the development of an innovative methodology for assessing regional clusters to development of the hospitality industry. With the use of the proposed methodology, the additional effect is an increase in the share of taxation due to the localization of additional hospitality enterprises in the region and the intensification of innovation processes, and, as a result, the improvement of the social economic situation in the region.
