FEATURES OF IDENTIFICATION AND RISK ASSESSMENT IN THE PROCESS OF FORMATION OF THE LOGISTICS STRATEGY OF THE WHOLESALE TRADE ENTERPRISE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the formation peculiarities oflogistic strategy wholesale company as a means of improving the competitiveness of the consumer market of Ukraine. The author focusesattentionon the logisticrisks as like an important factor of having a significant influenceon the formation and implementation of the logistics strategy. The article describes the basic stages of risk’ management, classification and modern methods of logistics risks’evaluation of wholesalers, proposed to use the method of assessment of logistics risks, which involves the construction the "risk maps" and allows us to estimate the likelihood and importance each risk at the stage of making management decisions to improve enterprise competitiveness.
